Wings in garlic and chili sauce (photo: Alon Masika)

There's nothing like a bowl full of juicy wings glazed with an addictive and gooey sauce.

The chicken wings provide a fun meal of tender and tender meat.

It is very difficult to destroy them and they are always available and at an affordable price.

There are quite a few ways to prepare your favorite food.

You can grill them on the fire or in the oven already with the sauce or fry them in oil like in restaurants and then add the sauce.

Ez Telam teaches a simple and delicious technique in which he roasts the wings in the oven at high heat instead of messing with oil and frying and then wraps them in a spicy sauce of chili, garlic and green onions.

Preparation

How do you make wings with chili, garlic and green onions?

  • 1 Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Arrange the wings in one layer on an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Roast for 30-45 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.

  • 2 Mix the garlic, ginger and chopped chili in a small pot together with the cornflour.

  • 3 Add the rest of the ingredients (water, sugar, salt, vinegar) and bring to a boil.

Cook the sauce over a medium flame for about 3-4 minutes, until it thickens and gets the flavors of all the ingredients.

Taste and add more salt/sugar/vinegar to taste.

  • 4 When the wings are ready, brush them with the sauce and return to the oven for another 2 minutes.

  • 5 Take out the wings, sprinkle green onions on top and serve.
