(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 26 - Fosbury Architecture will curate the Italian Pavilion at the 2023 Architecture Biennale designed by Lesley Lokko.
This was announced by the Minister of Culture Franceschinich chose the group founded in 2013 in Milan in the triad identified by the dg and commissioner of the Italian Pavilion, OnofrioCutaia.
"The choice of a young collective made up entirely of thirty-year-olds, men and women - says Franceschini - fully responds to the theme of the 18th architecture biennial entitled The laboratory of the future".
Fosbury Architecture (FA) is a design and research collective founded by GiacomoArdesio (1987), Alessandro Bonizzoni (1988), Nicola Campri (1989), Claudia Mainardi (1987) and Veronica Caprino (1988).

Fosbury Architecture was curator of the monographic exhibition Characters at the Galleria Magazin in Vienna (2022), of the Urban Center of Prato at the Centro Pecci (2021/2022) and of Milan 2030 at the Triennale Milano (2019).
He has taken part in numerous national and international Architecture Biennials including those in Lisbon (2019), Versailles (2019), Chicago (2017) and Venice (2016).
FA's work has also been exhibited in group exhibitions: Take Your Seat promoted by the ADI Design Museum in Milan;
The State of the Art of Architecture at TriennaleMilano;
Re-Constructivist Architecture at the RIBA Gallery in London;
Adhocracy at the Onassis Center in Athens;
Mean Home at the British School of Rome.
FA has worked on numerous exhibitions, including Verde Prato (2019) at the Centro Pecci, awarded with mention for the TYoung 2021 Award. (the current Ministry of Culture) and awarded with the honorable mention for the Compassod'Oro 2020. (ANSA).
