In France, a pensioner has been arrested on suspicion of shooting a man on a nudist beach.
As the public prosecutor announced on Monday, a 46-year-old was killed on Saturday at a lake in Miribel, a suburb of Lyon.
The 75-year-old is therefore suspected of having shot down the younger man in the bushes near the nudist beach of Miribel with several shots.
Apparently, this was preceded by a dispute between the two: the 46-year-old is said to have insulted and threatened naturists at first – after all, he had started masturbating in front of a woman, it said.
According to information from the newspaper "Le Progrès", the pensioner is a member of a rifle club.
The dead man was known to the police.
The newspaper "Le Parisien" reported that the man had often caused trouble on the beach.
