Narcotraffic and extortion, blitz of the Milan DDA

(ANSA) - MILAN, JUL 28 - Four arrests and an investigation into 27 people for crimes ranging from mafia-type association to drug trafficking, from extortion to illegal activities related to debt collection.

This is the result of an investigation coordinated by the prosecutor of the Milan DDA Alessandra Cerreti, and called 'Medoro', carried out by the Carabinieri del Ros concerning a 'ndranghetistafacious group headed by the Mancuso family of Limbadi (Vibo Valentia).

   Carried out searches throughout Italy.

    But the group also acted outside Italy, especially in the Balearics.

From the investigation activity emerged the figure of a lawyer who, "believing she had a credit of over 40 thousand euros" against a small entrepreneur in Lombardy, would have turned to three people contiguous toCosa Nostra, the 'Ndrangheta and the Sacra Corona Unita .

   This last part of the investigation is carried out by the Milanese mobile squad, whose investigations have made it possible to demonstrate that the woman would have turned to an individual close to the well-known Fontana mafia family.
