More than 160,000 students in the second round of secondary exams next Monday

Next Monday, 160,752 students will take the second round of secondary school exams in its various branches for the year 2022, distributed among 906 exam centers in various governorates.

The number of literary students who will apply for this course is 43,966, and the number of scientific students is 103,281, while the number of applicants from Sharia and vocational high schools in its various branches is 13,505.

The Director of Examinations in the Ministry of Education, Younes Fati Bein, told SANA reporter that the exams will start on Monday, August 1 next and will continue until the 14th of it, stressing the readiness of the exam centers in all governorates and the hosting centers for students coming from areas controlled by terrorist organizations and from Lebanon.

Fati indicated that it was directed to fully comply with the health emergency plan in addition to the approved health plan to deal with the hosting students, follow up on the reality of health centers and focus on preventive inspection before students enter the exam halls.

On the seventh of this month, the Ministry of Education issued the results of the first session of the secondary certificate exams in all its branches, where the success rate in the scientific section reached 55.24 percent, the literary section 53.98 percent, the Sharia high school 65.19 percent, the women’s vocational high school 70.37 percent, the industrial secondary 60.55 percent, and the commercial secondary 52.99 percent.
