The English national football team got drunk at the European Championship tournament.
Women's reward: The veneration of the »lionesses« – so called because of the famous »Three Lions« on the national jerseys – in England is boundless.
And of course: They are in the final, against the Germans, tonight at 6 p.m. German time the kick-off is at Wembley Stadium in London, in front of 90,000 spectators.
The future King William, President of the English Football Association, and his daughter Charlotte, 7, also greeted the team with a video message on Instagram today.

After reaching the final by beating Sweden 4-0, William congratulated them with the words "the whole country is so proud".
British Air Force female pilots flying in formation
Before the final of the European Championship, the British Air Force honors the English footballers with a formation flight with an all-female crew.
A C-130 Hercules transport aircraft and two Typhoon jets will take part in the flyover over Wembley Stadium, the Ministry of Defense in London said.
The maneuver is scheduled right after the national anthems.
"I've flown missions with the RAF around the world, but this will be the most memorable," said the Hercules pilot, whose name has been given as Flight Lieutenant Lauren.
The performances of the »Lionesses« were inspiring.
Lauren has been in the Royal Air Force (RAF) for 12 years and in the past has trained the first Afghan women pilots, among other things.
Defense Secretary Ben Wallace spoke of a "pioneering day for English football and women's sport".
Encouraging words came from Buckingham Palace itself ahead of today's game.
From the official Twitter account with the Queen's likeness, the royal family posted a photo of the Grenadier Guards in front of the Palace playing a medley of football anthems, such as "Match of. There was special music at the Changing of the Guard today...". the Day” and “Sweet Caroline”.

The national football team is looking forward to the upcoming match.
It's "a day of opportunity and we're ready," tweeted team boss Leah Williamson.
The final of the European Women's Championship between hosts England and eight-time world champions Germany was a "fairytale game".
It is the second meeting between the two teams in the final of the European Championship after Germany won 2009 6-2.
England have scored 20 goals and conceded just one in five games en route to Wembley.
The record European champions from Germany can win the title for the ninth time, for England it would be the first triumph at an international tournament.
Irrespective of the outcome of the final of the 13th European Championship, the DFB women have managed to return to the big stage with a convincing tournament so far: in 2017 at the European Championship and 2019 at the World Cup, the Olympic champion from 2016 was eliminated in the quarter-finals and won the Tokyo missed games.
