How far away the time seems when France, a country of abundance, never lacked water.
It flowed freely in our rivers and our basements and all French people, whether farmers, industrialists or private individuals, benefited in quantity.
Its quality was also remarkable.
It was the same drinking water for everyone and for all uses: drinking, watering one's garden or land, taking a shower or even cleaning the cities.
