The month par excellence dedicated to holidays in Italy begins

Among the most desired destinations by the Italians for these weeks Catania
is on the podium

Tirana and Palermo

In particular, Catania is the first choice for travelers from Piedmont, Tirana is at the top of the booking preferences for those leaving from 7 Italian regions,
Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Marche, Puglia,
Tuscany, Umbria and Veneto.
The other Sicilian city at the top, Palermo, is a holiday destination for those departing from Lazio, Lombardy and Marche, while the first Sardinian destination in the ranking, Olbia, first of all conquers travelers who will depart from Veneto.
But the Italians who depart from the wonderful national islands, Sicily and Sardinia, on the other hand, where are they headed in August?
They choose over all the historic cities of art, a trend that unites them to foreign travelers.
From Sardinia we leave above all for Milan, Rome and Naples.
From Sicily the first three destinations are Rome, Malta and Milan.

A turnout, that coming from Europe, which throughout the summer season has favored the cities of art over other types of destination.
In addition, 4 out of 10 foreign tourists will stay in Italy in the coming weeks for a period of 7 to 13 days, while only 5% will visit the beautiful country with a very short stay of two days.
