The Austrian grocery chain Hofer, a subsidiary of the Aldi Süd Group, is recalling a type of baby food.
A number of branches directly on the border with Bavaria are affected.
Munich/Salzburg/Linz - Between Lindau and Bregenz.
Between Fussen and Reutte.
Between Chiemgau and Salzburger Land.
Between Passau and Linz.
The border between Bavaria and Austria is more than 800 kilometers long.

One example are the grocery stores of the Austrian discounter Hofer, a subsidiary of the German Aldi Süd group.
The Hofer branch on the northwestern outskirts of Salzburg, for example, is just under 200 meters from the Saalach Bridge border and about two kilometers from the train station in Freilassing, Bavaria.
