A glider crashed into a car after it crash-landed on a country road in the Czech Republic.
The pilot died in the accident, police said on Tuesday.
The occupants of the car were reportedly unharmed.
Photos showed that the car's trunk was dented in the collision and the rear window was smashed.
Investigations into the cause of the accident
The accident happened in Rokycany, around 70 kilometers southwest of Prague.
The road runs near an airfield that the pilot may have headed for.
It remained blocked for several hours.
Experts from the State Institute for the Investigation of Air Accidents (UZPLN) are now to determine why the glider crashed.
