Singer Leona Lewis and her husband Dennis Jauch have become parents.

"And then there were three of us," wrote the 37-year-old on Instagram.

Little Carmel Allegra was born on July 22nd.

Lewis also posted a photo of a newborn baby holding the hands of two adults.

Jauch, a choreographer from Germany, also published the picture.

The couple posted a photo of Lewis with a baby bump in March.

The Briton had written: "Can't wait to meet you in the summer." Jauch called the expected child "the greatest gift I could have wished for in the summer".

According to People magazine, he and the Bleeding Love singer met on a tour together in 2010.

The couple married in the summer of 2019.
