Here's an idea to close the summer, just before September comes upon us: the "Kochavim biyar" festival, an initiative of KKL-Junk and the Zappa group for a musical celebration on August 29 to mark the 120th anniversary of the National Fund for Israel. The festival will be open to the general public with a nominal fee for those 18 and older.
