The Ministry of Administrative Development announced the extension of the period for accepting research, studies and applied projects related to the (Innovative Initiatives in Technology Sciences) competition for students and graduates of the technical institutes targeted for the competition until the 30th of next September.
In its announcement today, the Ministry explained that the competition targets students and graduates of the technical institutes affiliated to the (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research), which are the technical institutes of mechanical and electrical engineering, departments of (control and automation engineering - communication engineering - and computer technical institutes departments - computer engineering - network engineering - software engineering - industrial computing).
As well as the technical institutes affiliated to the Ministry of Industry, which are the Technical Institute for Applied Industries (electron department), as well as the technical institutes affiliated to the Ministry of Electricity, which are the technical institutes for electricity and mechanics, the department (information and communication technology). Computer Engineering) and industrial technical institutes, departments (automatic control - electronic technologies - electrical technologies).
The Ministry indicated that the aim of the competition is to motivate the qualified human resource to excel and innovate in the sciences of information and communication technology and automation to be localized in the digital transformation project for government business in the national strategy approved by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and to consolidate the culture of competition among the target group by presenting their initiatives in technology issues Modern, quality and performance excellence, discovering the best creative and distinguished ideas in various technical fields and highlighting them in order to benefit from them.
The ministry indicated that those wishing to participate in the preparation of an innovative and individual (applied project, study or research) within the competition’s axes must submit a paper copy and an electronic copy in PDF and word formats at the Ministry of Administrative Development, the Leaders Center, before the date of the 30th of next September.
The extension of the period for accepting research and studies comes to provide an opportunity for the largest number of students and graduates of institutes to participate in the competition and benefit from their expertise in scientific themes.
