Hot weather puts quite a strain on the body.
A lack of liquid shows up not only in the form of headaches, but also in the form of allergy-like symptoms.
Summer, sun, unwind - if only it weren't for this unbearable heat.
The hot days are particularly challenging for people with particularly sensitive thermoregulation, i.e. who sweat quickly.
Due to the high temperatures and perspiration, a person can lose between 10 and 15 liters of water - under normal circumstances, the average per day is 6 liters.
It is particularly important to replenish the liquid, ideally in the form of water, to the body.
If you don't drink enough, this can be noticeable through various signs, such as headaches, dizziness and also over the eyes.

This way you can make sure to drink at least two liters a day.
Because on summer days it can be two to three liters for adults, and around 1.5 liters is recommended for children between four and seven years of age.
It is also advisable to have at least a 0.5 liter water bottle with you when you are out and about to keep your body hydrated.
