Between March and June, INPS made payments for the single and universal allowance for 4.8 billion euros to 5.3 million families for 8.5 million children.

The average monthly amount per applicant was equal to 232 euros and was paid on average for 1.6 children for each applicant, while the amount for each child was, on average, 145 euros.
Approximately 46% of the allowances paid per child refer to beneficiaries belonging to households with Isee less than 15,000 euros, and therefore the maximum allowance is paid.
There is no data relating to the single and universal allowance paid to the beneficiaries of Citizenship Income which will be included in the Observatory once the statistical integration of the sources has been completed.

INPS points out that about 46% of the allowances paid per child refer to beneficiaries belonging to households with Isee less than 15,000 euros, while more than 20% of children belong to families that have not presented Isee and therefore have had the amount minimum (50 euros per month per child).
With reference to the payments pertaining to the month of June, the average amount per child ranges from 50 euros for those who do not present Isee or exceeds 40,000 euros, to 194 euros for the Isee classes up to 15,000 euros.

The 3,039 Italian families with at least six children who applied for the single allowance received on average 1,572 euros in June: this is what emerges from the INPS Observatory on the single and universal allowance according to which families with five children have had an average benefit in the month of 1,185 euros.
Families with one child (2.6 million) received an average allowance of € 128 while those with two children (2.086 million) received an average of € 279.
Families with three children (395,562) were able to count on 536 euros during the month while those with four (58,249) received an average allowance of 913 euros.
