In many jobs they are part of it – daily emails.
They are sometimes more, sometimes less formal and often associated with thanks.
However, that's not a good thing.
A polite tone is given to many people from their parents' home, which also includes saying thank you.
This happens several times a day in personal conversations, phone calls or by e-mail.
However, the obligatory thank you at the end of business emails is not always beneficial.
Do you always write “thank you” under your emails?

According to experts, gratitude can make us happier people, at least if the thanks are sincere.
For example, if there is a thank-you formula in e-mails, then this is answered more frequently, as a study by the company "Boomerang", to which Businessinsider refers, shows.
If e-mails are not answered despite thanks, it may be because the e-mail does not appear authentic enough to the reader.

Users recognize phrases when they are embedded in the text and they are often not well received.
However, if you want to develop a relationship with the person you are writing to, then a reasonable thank you is a sensible thing to do.
Explain why you are grateful so there is a better chance that your thanks will be accepted.
It is also important to personalize the thanks.
For example, you can say thank you for the effort if the recipient took care of your request in addition to the original tasks.
E-Mails: Also make sure that you do not question your competence
“I hope I was able to help you” – have you ever written that in a similar sequence in an email?
In the future you should avoid this, with the choice of words "hope" you imply that your statement can be doubted in advance.
Maybe then you will think about your credibility.
Simply turn the sentence around and confidently emphasize your competence.
You can do this, for example, with the following formulation: "I'm happy if I could help you".
