From our special correspondent in Toulon and Hyères (Var)
It is rare for a project to achieve such unanimous support at the Design Parade - an event initiated by the native of Hyères Jean-Pierre Blanc, director of the Villa Noailles, and chaired by Pascale Mussard, from the Hermès family -, which allows every summer to bring out talents, between Toulon for interior architecture and Hyères for pure design.
In this formidable laboratory of the young contemporary scene, the only one of its kind in France, one name came out far ahead: the duo Madeleine Oltra and Angelo de Taisne, led like the ten other finalists to reflect on an evocation of the Mediterranean, theme with cliches in which it was not necessary to fall.
