(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 05 - The Latina Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation file in relation to the reasons for the decision with which the TAR, on 8 July last, canceled the proclamation of the mayor Damiano Coletta and the outcome of the vote in two sections where anomalies were found.
In a note from the prosecutor Giuseppe De Falco it is stated that "investigations were delegated to the Digos of the Latin Police Headquarters to verify the possible existence of criminal offenses relating to voting procedures".
