Antonio Corral has conducted around 10,000 job interviews as a staff member, and he has come across a few bizarre things.
He spoke to

about it and pointed out that the worst mistakes have something to do with common sense.
One problem is that applicants have not dealt with the respective company.

Companies: Many applicants do not deal with this and have no idea of the company they are applying to.

Sometimes the voice gets quieter when you're nervous or the pitch changes.
