Actor Kevin Spacey will have to pay $ 31 million to the production company that fired him from the popular 'House of Cards' series after allegations of sexual harassment surfaced.
This was established by a judge in Los Angeles, rejecting the appeal of the former protagonist.
The sentence is the latest blow for the actor and comes within weeks of his appearance in a British court to respond to allegations of harassment of three men, denied by Spacey.
MRC, the production company behind the famous Washington political intrigue series that aired on Netflix, has filed for compensation after kicking the star out of the lead role and subsequently reconfiguring the show's sixth season.
