When the temperatures outside just rise, and the children spend a lot of time outside, their skin, which sweats a lot and is exposed to the sun, needs additional protection.

We usually put emphasis on the skin in our adolescence, but it is important from childhood to maintain healthy skin, since during the summer skin problems are on the rise.

The most familiar symptom of heat damage is "swelling" also known as 'heat rash' and is caused by excessive exposure to the sun, dehydration and heat in the body.

Usually there will be red marks on the skin or a rash on the child's or baby's cheek, abdomen or back.

Sweating is a natural reaction of the body to heat.

In an attempt to cool itself, our body releases sweat.

Of course, sweating in children is increased due to running and playing outside, but sometimes children get skin infections due to sweating and even folliculitis when they go out in the sun.

This leads to inflamed hair follicles that can sometimes become painful.

Sweating in the summer season can also lead to many skin and scalp infections.

It is important to check for babies in the skin folds if there is a rash.

In addition, surprisingly, dry skin also exists in the summer, and is often caused by a decrease in hydration in the body.

Dryness in summer can cause skin peeling and skin damage.

Of course, the sun's rays often leave spots on the skin and very serious damage.

Sweat can lead to various infections.

what is the solution

It is important to know that most skin problems can be combated with simple means:

1. The treatment starts already while bathing:

the treatment for dry and irritated skin begins with a low PH soap.

Acidic pH is critical for enzymatic activity that contributes to the structural integrity of the skin and the formation of the fatty layer, without it the skin is exposed to infections, dryness, cracks, therefore it is important to use a body soap with a low PH (around 3.5) that helps the body's natural defense ability.

2. Keep them hydrated:

It is very difficult to get children to drink water, so it is important to be creative by adding fruits that will give flavor to the water such as strawberry and mint.

In addition, it is very important to let children eat fruits that contain a large amount of water such as watermelon and grapes.

3. Dress them in breathable clothes:

Wearing clothes made of fabric like cotton or linen helps keep the body cool and dry.

Especially while they are playing it is important to dress them in breathable clothes and bright colors.

4. Let them play indoors:

Of course the children love to play outside and this is also of course important.

However, we have organized the day so that they play outside in the morning and in the afternoon and during the hot hours of the day it is better to keep them busy indoors.

Of course, it is important to apply sunscreen on them before leaving the house, this is an important part of protecting the skin.

5. Take good care of their skin:

everyone knows that moisturizing the skin is very important for its care, many women make sure to apply body cream to their skin as part of the care routine.

It is of course important to also apply a therapeutic body cream with PH 3.5 (without parabens) to the children.
