An employee of the Bag Wrap company, the man denounces the presence of packers on the sly at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport, whom he accuses of stealing his customers.
“Sometimes they come to get them directly from our queues,” he protests.

Because his company is the only one authorized, within the terminal, to pack the luggage of travelers wishing to protect their suitcases against breakage or theft.
A paid service, which costs at least 13 euros per piece of luggage.
But some customers prefer clandestine packers, which are cheaper because each transaction can be negotiated.
"They're not even hiding," says Paul, explaining that he sees them packing suitcases by hand near the Bag Wrap counters.
They use, according to him, food film, "less resistant" than the film offered by his company.
“Any luggage that has not been packed by Bag Wrap in an approved kiosk may be refused by the airline or the baggage handlers”, specifies the Aéroport de Paris group on its website.
“It clearly causes us a shortfall,” regrets Paul, explaining that he receives a commission per bag packed.
“We often have clashes… It almost came to blows, he testifies.
For the past few months, it's been worse than anything.
On November 11, 2021, one of his colleagues filed a complaint for "an assault by a clandestine packer".
