When Daniel Kehlmann recently wrote a plea against wearing masks, one had to look at the release date in amazement: Was it really summer 2022 or not April 2020?

Debates are important, societal changes have to be discussed.

But with many topics one increasingly has the feeling that everything has already been said.

And that too from everyone.

But there seems to be no escape from the eternal cycle of outrage.
