(ANSA) - TEL AVIV, 07 AUG - At least 5 dead and numerous injuries have been reported in the north of the Strip near the Jabalya refugee camp for an Israeli attack.
This was reported by Palestinian media citing the local health ministry according to which there are also children among those killed.
But the Israeli army denied any responsibility for what happened in Jabalya: "The explosion that occurred in Jabalya is to be attributed - said the military spokesman, quoted by the media - to a launch of a defective rocket by Islamic Jihad".
According to the same source, the latest Israeli air attack in the Jabalya area occurred two hours earlier than it later happened.
