    The clashes involved armed groups loyal to Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah, head of the Tripoli-based government of national unity, and others following his rival FathiBashagha, appointed prime minister by a parliament based in eastern Libya in February after making a pact. with Haftar.

The fighting ended when another group called the 444 Brigade stepped in to try to mediate, according to Libyan media.
