Cheese cake and cornflakes (photo: Alon Mesika)
If it's not enough that the children have great freedom and it's hot outside, in many areas of the country it is impossible to cool off and comfort ourselves in the pool or the sea, for fear of an alarm that will catch us off guard.
Just for such moments of helplessness, the cake of Ez Telam was born.
A cold cheesecake and cornflakes, which requires only four ingredients, which you probably already have at home anyway (here we saved you a trip to the grocery store), ten minutes of work and a freezer.
A delicious and fun cake that the children will not only enjoy but can also make it themselves easily.

Preparation
How do you make a cheesecake and cornflakes?
1 Line the bottom of a small English cake pan (26.5x6.5 cm) with plastic wrap.
2 In a bowl, mix the white cheese, sugar and vanilla extract to a uniform mixture.
.
3 Put a layer of cornflakes at the bottom of the pan and spread a third of the cheese mixture on top. In the same way arrange two more layers of cornflakes and cheese in the pan. To finish, sprinkle some more cornflakes on top.
4 Cover the cake with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator overnight.
After a night, the mixture stabilizes and you can eat it with a spoon.
Alternatively, you can freeze the cake for about two hours and then it is easier to remove it from the mold and slice it.
Variety tip:
add a handful of chocolate chips or raisins to the cheese mixture.
Storage:
kept refrigerated for 3-4 days.
