Love Aperol Spritz?

You can also conjure up a delicious popsicle from the trendy aperitif.

This is very easy to do.

Along with Hugo and Lillet Wild Berry, Aperol Spritz is probably one of the most popular aperitifs that you treat yourself to before dinner or when hanging out with friends.

By the way, you can not only order the classic in the bar or in the restaurant, but you can also make Aperol Spritz yourself - with or without alcohol.

But that's not all: instead of as a drink, Aperol Spritz also works great as an ice cream lollipop.

After all, you can also make ice cream yourself from fruit and fruit juices, as this sugar-free berry popsicle proves.

So why not also with an aperitif or cocktail?

And here's how to do it.

You probably know that you can make your own popsicles from fruit juice.

But have you ever tried Aperol Spritz?

Summer recipe: make your own Aperol Spritz popsicles

  • In a tall container, such as a carafe, add the ingredients for an Aperol Spritz: orange juice, lemon juice, Aperol, Prosecco, sugar and water.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Place an orange slice in each popsicle mold and pour in the Aperol Spritz.

  • Insert the stems and place the ramekins in the freezer.

The ice should freeze through at least overnight.

  • If you don't have any ice cream molds at home, you can also use empty yoghurt cups or espresso cups.

Then you should let the mass freeze briefly and after about an hour insert a wooden stick or espresso spoon as a handle.
