If you're sending emails to multiple users, you have a variety of ways to go about it.
These affect communication.
You write an email and several users have to be informed about it.
Then, thanks to your mail programs, you have various options for doing this.
You have the choice of writing to all recipients directly or copying or blindcopying specific users.
Depending on your choice, you will get different reactions.
Also pay attention to the salutation, if it is correct, you will get an answer faster.

Send emails: If you add recipients to the CC, everyone will see it in the distribution list
If you are sending an email to several people, you have the option of sending a copy (carbon copy, CC) to the recipient.
If you have entered people there, then everyone can see who this mail went to.
This function is often used to inform several people, an answer is usually only expected from recipients in the To.
By the way, you should be careful with wording, don't thank the recipients without reason.
However, if you send an email and you want to inform someone about it without anyone noticing, you can use the blind carbon copy (BCC) for this.
This function can be used when sending newsletters or invitations, so you do not pass on any addresses to third parties and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
