(ANSA) - TOKYO, 08 AUG - The Tokyo Stock Exchange opened its trading down after the recent gains recorded on the Japanese markets and with the decline in the prices of US technology stocks.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index fell 0.33%, or92.54 points, to 28,083.33 at the start of trading, while the broader Topix index lost 0.36%, or 6.94 points, to 1,940.23.
