On July 22, 2017, the lives of Yanai and Roy Prischer Gutman changed from one end to the other, after Yanai's partner and Roy's father, Amir Prischer Gutman, drowned in the sea while trying to save his niece from drowning.

They began to get used to a different and different reality from what they knew, and naturally, strengthened their bond.

"I'm with him everywhere, accompanying him and watching over him," said Yanai about Roy, during filming for the new commercial for Tnuva Alternative starring the two.

"I'm one of those who don't let go," he added.
