In Florida, a 35-year-old was buried under a collapsing sand dune and died.
A beach visitor on Hutchinson Island saw part of the man's body sticking out of the sand and called for help, the Martin County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook.
The investigators assume that the 35-year-old stayed below the dune to film the sunrise over the Atlantic.
When the sand hill collapsed, he buried the man under him.
It can be assumed that the man had suffocated.
It cannot be assumed that a crime was committed, but the results of the toxicological report are still awaited.
However, this would probably not change the fact that »this incident is a tragic accident«.
