Ingredients
For the chicken meatballs mixture:
500 grams of ground chicken
1 finely grated onion
1 finely grated potato
½ finely grated carrot
1 egg
2 crumbled slices of parsley
Grated lemon peel (optional, but added)
1 handful of chopped parsley / coriander leaves
Salt
Ground black pepper
For coating and frying:
semolina
oil for frying

Preparation
How do you make crispy chicken patties?
1 Mix the ground chicken in a bowl with the onion and the grated vegetables.
Add an egg, challah crumbs, lemon peel, herbs, salt and pepper.
2 Mix the mixture well, with kneading motions.
It is most convenient with the hands, it is possible with gloves.
3 Make round and flat meatballs.
Prepare a bowl with the semolina.
4 Heat a pan with oil, dip the meatballs in semolina and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5 Serve with half a lemon.
