The adaptation of the best-selling manga in the world, long awaited by fans of the saga, caused some overflow at the Pathé La Joliette cinema in Marseille.
Several videos shared on social media show dozens of delirious fans, screaming at a major scene from the film.
We can see throwing popcorn, spectators undressing or running together in front of the screen.
Disturbances which did not fail to outrage other fans of the saga on social networks, denouncing a "lack of know-how".
One Piece Red in Marseille…
You pay for your cinema ticket so that crazy people pass in front of the screen, go bare-chested and throw popcorn during the most important scene of the film…
Don't talk to me about the atmosphere, it's is big nonsense there 😭 pic.twitter.com/KhnCSGHWYo

The preview of the film had already been noticed at the Grand Rex, on August 6, with scenes of songs, jubilation and communion between the fans, without leading to such excesses.
