It was in 2007… It has already been fifteen years since Hélène and Omar Sy said “yes” to each other in Tremblay-sur-Mauldre, in Île-de-France.
However, the couple met a decade earlier.
The two lovebirds have indeed celebrated on social networks their 25 years of romance, Tuesday, August 9.

"Time flies," wrote the Caesarized actor to his 2.7 million subscribers in his Instagram story.
He thus shared a snapshot of his wedding, on which the actor and his wife, dressed respectively in a white suit and a printed dress, hug each other tenderly.
Hélène Sy shared the same snapshot, which garnered 7,470 likes, quoting Canadian author Marty Rubin: “Time does not pass, it continues.”
She also unveiled to her 116,000 subscribers a T-shirt created especially for the occasion, on which the duo appears in the form of cartoon characters.
It reads the following message: "We've been bugging each other for 25 years, and it still works."

A marriage and a family
During these 25 years of love, Hélène and Omar Sy also founded a family.
They are now parents of five children: Selly, 21, Sabah, 18, Tidiane, 16, Alhadji, 13 and Amani-Nour, 5.
Although the clan now lives in Los Angeles, out of sight, each makes more and more remarkable appearances to the delight of fans.
