The woman who died in the amusement park in Klotten on the Moselle died after falling off the roller coaster.
That was the result of the autopsy, the Koblenz public prosecutor announced on Wednesday.
The initial suspicion of a criminal offense has not arisen so far.
When a commissioned report on the incident will be available is not yet foreseeable, it said.
Documents about the roller coaster were made available by both the supervisory authority and the operator.
They are currently being evaluated, and witnesses are also being questioned.
Last Saturday, the 57-year-old victim from St. Wendel in Saarland fell out of the moving roller coaster.
The park has been open to visitors again since Tuesday, but the roller coaster remained closed for the time being.
The reason for this is that the district of Cochem-Zell has temporarily prohibited the operation of the railway.
First of all, the TÜV had to check the safety of the ride, the district announced on Wednesday.
The roller coaster is a special construction.
After accidents in which people were injured, such systems must be checked for operational and structural safety.
The roller coaster can only be put back into operation once the TÜV has given its approval.
