could we read on the group's Twitter account, where a publication was accompanied by a black and white photo of Darryl Hunt.
The message featured a quote from their song
Love You'Till The End: "I know you wanna hear me catch my breath.
I love you until the end”

The musician, songwriter born in Hampshire on May 4, 1950, had joined the Celtic folk rock band as bassist in 1986 and accompanied them until their last album,
Pogue Mahone,
in 1996. He also been credited as songwriter on several of their songs including
Love You 'Till The End
.
Shane MacGowan, leader of the group paid tribute to him on social networks by describing the musician as
“a great friend and an excellent bass player.
I'm so sorry Darryl passed away, he was a really nice guy, we will all miss him."
Spider Stacey, another member of the group, tweeted
“What misery.
See you soon, Daz.”
The group consisted of Shane MacGowan, Jem Finer, James Fearnley, Andrew Ranken, Terry Woods, Hunt, Stacy and other musicians over the years.
