(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 12 - An artillery shell fired by the Ukrainian forces struck just ten meters from a depleted nuclear fuel depot in the Zaporizhzhia power plant in southern Ukraine, controlled by the Forzerusse.

This was stated by Vladimir Rogov, a member of the civil-military authority of the part of the region occupied by the Moscow forces.

According to Rogov, who was speaking on Rossya-24 television, filmed by TASS, the incident took place yesterday.
