(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 12 - Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Kramatorsk, in the Donetsk region, hitting a residential area, with two victims and 13 wounded.
The raid was announced on Telegram by Oleksandr Honcharenko, mayor of the city, quoted by the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper.
The head of the military administration of the Donetsk region, Pavlo Kyrylenko, reported the number of deaths and injuries, updating what was said by the mayor.
The raid damaged at least 20 buildings and caused a fire in the neighborhood, he added.
