ANSA Lavoro - ROME, 12 AUGUST - On "62,710 inspections" carried out in companies only by INL (National Labor Inspectorate) staff in 2021, "over 62% were found to be irregular" but, if we consider the checks carried out globally together with INPS and Inail, equal to 84,679, the percentage of production companies with irregularities rises to 69%.
This is revealed in the annual report of the Inspectorate on the activity of the past year, just published.
The highest irregularity indices, it is indicated, "are found in the construction and tertiary sectors where, in particular, there is a significant rate of irregularity in the activities of accommodation and catering services, transport and storage, but above all in services supporting businesses, where indices of sound irregularities, primarily due to illicit outsourcing and interpositions ".
For the director of the Inspectorate, Bruno Giordano, "the subject of undeclared work, job safety, labor protection constitutes the main field of activity of the Inspectorate, which led to a decrease in undeclared work by 8% in the presence of the increase inspection activity ".
