    Élie Yaffa was born in Sèvres on December 9, 1976. He grew up in Meudon-la-Forêt then in Boulogne-Billancourt - which he transformed into "Boulbi" and put into everyday language - between a French mother, Lucie, and a Senegalese father, Seydou.
