Harry Potter fans were already looking forward to "Hogwarts Legacy" under the Christmas tree, but the developers have now postponed the release again.
But there is also good news.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment recently announced that "Hogwarts Legacy" will be released for the 2022 holiday season.
Fans were therefore already looking forward to a release in November or December of this year.
After the long-awaited game had already been postponed, the bad news is coming again: "Hogwarts Legacy" will not be released until 2023.
The developers announced this on Twitter.
The reason given is that the team still needs some time "to deliver the best possible gaming experience".
After all, they are now committed to a specific release date.
Accordingly, the Harry Potter game will be released on February 10, 2023 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC - the Nintendo Switch version later on an undisclosed date.
It is to be expected that there will be no further delay, otherwise the developers would not have committed themselves to a date.
Hogwarts Legacy will launch on February 10, 2023 for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
The Nintendo Switch launch date will be revealed soon.
The team is excited for you to play, but we need a little more time to deliver the best possible game experience.
