To fight against these illegal advertisements, sometimes relayed by renowned influencers, the Ministry of Labor has launched an extensive information and awareness campaign among the 38.8 million workers who have a personal training account (CPF).
A code of ethics was recently enacted and connection by France Connect has now been made compulsory when joining a training course.
As for fraudulent messages, they must be redirected to 33700, a platform for combating voice and SMS spam, to be deactivated…
An explosion of lawsuits
The professional training account (CPF), topped up to 500 euros per year (800 euros for an unskilled job) allows each worker to finance, with or without supplement, training to improve their employability.
The most requested courses are driving license, languages and office automation.
On average, the CPFs are endowed with 1500 euros.
