Today, the Universities of Aleppo and Tishreen signed two memoranda of understanding for scientific cooperation with Malik Al-Ashtar Technical University of Iran.
According to the two memorandums that were signed by the President of Aleppo University, Dr. Maher Karman, the President of Tishreen University, Dr. Bassam Hassan, and the President of the Iranian Malik Al-Ashtar Technical University, Dr. Qassem Taqizadeh, on the sidelines of a meeting at Damascus University, cooperation is taking place in the scientific, academic and technical fields, the exchange of experiences and information, scientific qualification and participation in conferences. and scientific seminars.
On the other hand, the session of talks that took place yesterday between Iran's Malik Al-Ashtar Technical University and Damascus University was completed, and the ideas and proposals that were put forward for setting and approving an executive program for the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides were discussed.
The Vice President of Damascus University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Maysa Al-Seyoufi, confirmed that the university will study all the details related to this program in coordination with the deans of the concerned faculties, to be approved later after reaching a joint formula by the two sides.
The Iranian universities of Damascus and Al-Ashtar Technical University had signed in Tehran last November a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the fields of research, postgraduate studies, technical sciences, mechanics, robotics and computer science.
