Textile freshener recall: Dangerous substance is said to endanger fertility

Woolworth warns against the textile freshener "summer flowers".
A dangerous substance was found in the product, which is classified as toxic to reproduction.
Unna ‒ The retail company Woolworth GmbH takes the textile freshener "Summer Flowers" off the shelves.
The reason for the recall is that the company found a substance in the product that has been classified as toxic to reproduction since March 2022.
For this reason, further use is discouraged.
However, the substance is not disclosed.
There has been no response to a query from our editorial staff.
The textile freshener "Summer Flowers" will be withdrawn from sale.

Woolworth is asking customers to return "Summer Flowers" fabric fresheners they have already purchased to stores.
According to the company, the purchase price will be reimbursed in full.

According to the company, the textile freshener "Fresh Laundry" is not affected by the recall.
