The killing of animals in the Sfattoria was suspended until 18 August and not until 14 September.
This was specified by the press office of Administrative Justice.
The Lazio TAR with this decree postponed the decision, the note stresses, "pending the formalities of the investigation" suspending the slaughter "until August 18".
"It is necessary to obtain clarifications regarding the actual existence of the risk of spreading the epidemic in the structure" and the decision will arrive by 18 August, with a single precautionary decree signed by the President on duty.
