A mother breastfeeds her 6-year-old daughter - is it healthy?

(Walla system!)

All if you agree that after giving birth there is not that much time for intimacy with the partner - therefore many take advantage of every possible opportunity for this.

While many new parents tend to wait until the baby's afternoon or night nap or until the mother-in-law babysits him, some parents admit that they do it while the baby is awake in the room "because he's not aware of what's going on around him anyway."

This approach is often criticized - but the following confession has already lit a real fire, when a mother shared that not only does she have sex with her partner while the baby is in the room - but she even breastfeeds him in the process.

CafeMom reports that new mom Macy created a Facebook group for other parents who welcomed their children in April 2022. She recently had to shut down the group after she openly talked about having sex with her husband while breastfeeding her baby.

In a group post that has since been deleted, one of the mothers shared that she was uncomfortable having sex with her partner while her baby was in the same room with them.

Macy responded to the post: "I don't think it's weird. We have sex next to the baby sometimes - often while I'm nursing. He's a baby and unaware of what's going on around him. It's always in the back and the baby is in front of me."

Here is the post as published in the group and later removed:

Unsurprisingly, Macy's response sparked a heated debate — which ultimately led to her shutting down the group.

One wrote: "Why don't you wait until you finish feeding your baby?"

And another added: "How are you able to enjoy yourself while feeding your baby? It's strange."

"but why?!"

Another wrote in amazement and another user wrote: "It's fine to have sex while your baby is in the room, but to have sex while you're breastfeeding him? That's crossing a red line."

After Macy was attacked on every possible front, she wrote: "This is a non-judgmental group. If you make a post that judges others, you will be removed from the group. There is no room for drama here. Try me."

Her warning didn't stop the flurry of comments from other moms until she just decided to close the group instead of removing them one by one.

She wrote: "I'm being bullied because of choices I make as a parent. Bullying is not okay. Never. Because people can't control themselves, the group will be suspended until further notice."
