A new Israeli brand is trying to crack the alcoholic ice cream freezers, a world of dessert content that has been considered for years as a hybrid creature with mediocre performance.

Spoiler: Not anymore.



The ice creams, with 5% alcohol, are sold through the company's website in pints of 550 ml, or in a tasting box that includes ten individual packages. The flavors are varied and refreshing, and include on the one hand Campari, vodka, tequila, whiskey and martini, for example, and on the other hand fresh ingredients such as mango, pineapple, lychee and cherries, as well as chocolate and espresso.



The pairing of these with these (there are of course also flavors for children and non-alcoholics, but let's focus) leads to creamy creations such as espresso martini, vanilla-vodka-Amarana cherries, negroni, caramel- tequila-peanut and also single malt-dark chocolate, and for sorbet versions such as strawberry daquiri, coconut margarita, or red orange and Aperol spritz.



The result, as mentioned, pleasantly surprised us, not to mention the day.

The base ice cream is very high quality, and the alcohol is noticeable as well, but just enough to not aggressively take over the whole business.

The combinations are fun and creative, and do not come at the expense of taste, and the general feeling is of a finished product, with thought and depth.



In one word: Wow.

New desserts, Domino's

Staying in the "finally someone does it right" worlds: Domino's Pizza joins the excessive-depraved-indulgent trend with two new desserts, and great potential beyond them.



This is a "white chocolate pistachio overdone", which is a personal dessert pizza with pistachio sauce, white chocolate sauce and pistachio pieces, as well as dough fingers with powdered sugar and salty pretzel dip.

Price: NIS 33.90 per pizza (or NIS 95 with a family pizza), NIS 21.90 for fingers (or NIS 88 as part of a family sale and two related products).



The statements about exaggeration and fear of a quick elimination were met with a suitable response around the table, even after a "real" tray made by the pizza giant.

Although the pistachio version is defined as personal, it will also satisfy four people who just want to close a story with something sweet.

The dough is good and buttery, the creams flow and blend well with each other, and the pistachio adds a proper crunch.



The fingers were even more successful, if only because of their simplicity and wondering "how and why didn't they do it before".

The same good dough, an addictive sweet-salty dip, and a tray that remains dead in a few minutes.

The cool Valens chain accepts the rise in temperatures with I'm crunchy, a new menu category based on bowls containing fruit, granola, sauces and toppings.



For now, you can find here vegan "crunchy monkey" (banana, pear, hazelnut caramel sauce, maple granola, coconut drink), "crunchy pistachy" (banana, melon, pistachio sauce, hazelnuts, milk, regurt), and "crunchy teddy berry" (strawberry, banana, hazelnut chocolate sauce, chocolate granola, regurt, coconut drink) - all at the price of 29 shekels, all come with toppings to choose from on top of all this goodness.



A lot of high words and a lot of superlatives are being poured out by the network about this collection, and the version of the monkey and the bear that were sampled for tasting were mostly worthy of respect.

This is a medium-sized bowl, loaded with cold things that feel healthy, and in any case are tasty enough for you to ignore the image.

The play of textures is excellent, the sourness-sweetness dance works, and the generous toppings keep you from falling into boredom.

Esem-Nestle welcomes the summer with a requested parents' (and children's) kick (the return of the Bamba filled with iced coffee flavored cream), and with a relatively exciting innovation, in the form of the launch of an airy Bamba, a first texture experiment after almost six decades.



The first snack, released four years ago, provides a familiar and excellent sweet-salty experience, with an amount of instant coffee (0.4%) that will please exhausted parents and not alienate children, and also works well on the basis of the company's recommendation - straight from the freezer, iced coffee style.



His new friend on the shelf actually offers the same bamba, with a different texture - softer, more mellow, and "melts in the mouth", as defined by Asem.

The company's development team has been working on this creation for five years, using "modern equipment and special technology".

The actual result, which lands on the shelves in the configuration of 60 and 80 grams, is indeed fun.

The bamba has been shortened a little physically to the worlds of botanical nuggets, the taste has not changed, and the Israeli mouth is happy to jump into this game, and dissolve the whole thing on the tongue.

The Bartanura Winery from Italy launches "Proscetto", a cocktail based on white and sweet moscato, which comes in a convenient 12 "shloki" package, which allows for personalized consumption (and freezing) (100 ml per unit, NIS 110 per case).



The alcohol level of the drink is stabilized at exactly the point The right one (5%) to conduct the whole event with relative elegance, and the cocktail that was pulled out after a required stay in the freezer, provided exactly what it was supposed to provide - a proper rest that broke a particularly hot day for two.



From the same world of content also come the "COOLOO" alcoholic shlokis, in a similar configuration (a round case of 12 units), and with new flavors, which join their friends in the freezer.

Here you can find a mojito (white rum, brown sugar and lime), a strawberry daquiri (white rum, strawberries and lime), "Happy Bay Twist" (white rum, lime, papaya and oranges) and also "Paradise Island" (white rum, coconut, pineapple and peach ) - at the same price, for the same quantity, and with three flavors of each type.



Here it is a more social product, which aims for parties and friends, but will not be opposed to individual consumption at home either.

The cocktails are sweet by their very nature, but not aggressive, and in the end do provide the expected alcoholic kick, with a great Bardy texture.

This is an ultra-premium vodka (NIS 130-160), which is distilled five times and filtered through gold fibers, a process that, according to the statements, gives it a "long, clean, velvety, delicate and smooth finish."

The actual result is very British - 40% alcohol that meets you elegantly, slides down your throat and works well on its own, as a shot for example, and as part of a civilized martini cocktail.

The local sausage giant expands its premium series and launches truffle-flavored salami.



The product, which will be sold both packaged straight from the shelf and laid out modelarily in the deli, has a flower configuration and is marketed as having the potential to satisfy guests.

A snack without toppings lived up to expectations, with a good meaty taste and a moderately strong aroma of truffle, but an invested sandwich did the job even better, providing the range of flavors needed for such a sausage.
