(ANSA) - MILAN, AUGUST 18 - Nour Amdouni, the young man arrested for having run over and killed an eleven-year-old child in Milan on 9 August, was "totally devoid of humanity and pity on the occasion of the accident".
So writes the investigating judge FiammettaModica in the precautionary custody order that led him to jail after a few days in which he had been investigated at piedelibero.
The young man, drugged and without a license, had turned up a few hours later, but further investigations by local police agents highlighted his danger.
Hence the prison.
