(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 18 - "Addressing and immediately resolving the problem of the staff of museums and places of culture".
Interviewed by ANSA, the director of the Uffizi, Eike Schmidt, explains what, in her opinion, will be the most important challenge for who will have to manage culture policy in the new government.
That of human resources, she says, has remained a vulnus even with the Franceschini reform.
And she warns: "Visitors return to the levels of 2019 and beyond, the offer of museums increases, but the staff continues to shrink: without a solution we will close everyone, even the largest".
On this "who will govern us after 25 September will have to reflect".
