New season, new resort:
About two months before the surprising hit series and the award-winner "The White Lotus" returns for a second season, the HBO network provided a (very) minimal glimpse of the new resort where the plot will take place, and this time it will happen in Sicily.
In the short video, which is only about 6 seconds long, you can get an impression of the entrance sign to the branch of the luxury resort hotel located on the Italian island, which is accompanied by the inscription Benvenuti a Sicily (Welcome to Sicily in the language of the land of the boot).

Although it is a high quality and very impressive sign, which is undoubtedly made from the finest raw materials, it is really, really not enough to calm our curiosity.
So here are some more details about the new season, along with recently revealed photos that are apparently taken from the beginning of the first episode, before the guests even checked in:

In addition to the new European location, almost the entire cast from the first season has been replaced, essentially making The White Lotus an anthology series.
Among the impressive line-up of stars who will go on a once-in-a-lifetime vacation this year, you can find Theo James ("Split"), F.
Marie Abraham ("Homeland"), Aubrey Plaza ("Gardens and Landscape Department"), Tom Hollander ("Gosford Park"), Megan Fahey ("Making Headlines") and Michael Imperioli ("The Sopranos").
In fact, the only character from the premiere season who packed a suitcase for Sicily is that of the rich widow Tanya McQuaid, played memorably by actress Jennifer Coolidge, who undoubtedly stole the show and is therefore returning for another round.
